Exact is a user-friendly and secure system developed to facilitate small exchanger businesses such as Sarafan.

Mobile App Core Feature:

• Database:
  • Create a database file at Downloads/Exact Folder.
  • Open a database.
  • Connect to a local network database.
• Exact Files:
  • Take an image with the camera and save it in the database.
  • Take a customer image with the camera and save it in the database.
  • Select an attachment and save it in the database.
• Exact Cloud:
  • Sign up for a new account.
  • Upload an image for the newly created account.
  • Register a company on Exact Cloud.
  • Upload a company logo.
• Share Message:
  • Share a transaction message using WhatsApp.
  • Copy a transaction message.

After creating or opening an Exact database file, users can:

1. Accounts: Create accounts for customers, Saraf, and employees. Save and upload an image for the Exact card.
2. Journal: Record credits to or debits from an account.
3. Exchange: Transfer funds between accounts with benefits.
4. Transfer: Manage income transfers, both unpaid and paid, with outgoing transfers and benefits.
5. Dashboard: View home details such as time, today's transactions, all accounts, currencies, and actions. Access your Exact available amount at your treasure under the "Treasure" section.
6. Languages supported: Pashto, Dari, and English.
7. Use on Multiple Computers: Connect to multiple computers via Wi-Fi router within the same network for seamless integration.
8. Mobile Integration: Connect to mobile devices and easily share transactions using the mobile application alongside services like WhatsApp communication.</

9. Pdf and Sharing Options:

   • The system allows you to print or share PDF transaction bills and reports for all transactions. Access customizable currencies to fit your specific business needs.

     • Data Management Options:
       The system provides online and offline backup options. You can take a backup and store it locally, create a backup and upload it to Exact Cloud, as well as download an Exact Database and save it locally.
       • Trial Version & Learning Resources: The developers offer a free system trial along with video tutorials for easy learning.
